5. Messaging, mobile information, and consent

Where we send messages to a mobile number, that number is used only to deliver the messages requested (such as verification/OTP, transactional, and utility notifications). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages is obtained before messaging, either by us or by the business customer on whose behalf the message is sent. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and can request help by replying HELP.

No mobile information (including phone numbers or messaging opt-in/consent data) will be sold, and it will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
